Dear parent / carer,

 

The school Summer Fete starts at 2:00p.m tomorrow.  If you would like to go to the fete (with your child(ren)), these are the arrangements for collecting them (from 1:55p.m):

 

Infants (Rec, Years 1 and 2) – from the front of the school as normal (but at 1:55!)

Juniors (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6) – from the classroom door.

 

Any pupils not collected will be dismissed as normal at 3:15p.m.

 

If you are arranging for someone other than the normal person to collect, please let us know what the arrangement is (friend, grandparent etc). If your child normally walks home on their own and is not being collected, we will not release them until 3:15.

 

The forecast is great – hot and sunny, but not too hot!!  Hope to see you tomorrow.
